Einstein spent almost 16 months in Prague. His home was located in the Smíchov district. There were three bedrooms in their house. Although the name of the street changed later. Albert’s house was in building “Trebizskeho”. In the remembrance of Albert a sculpture of his head is placed in the building.

He refused to become president of Israel

On November 9, 1952, the first president of Israel died. After his death Albert was asked to become the president as he was a Jew. But Albert declined the offer saying that he had no experience to deal with people and also he is too old to be a president. Albert was 73 at that time.

However, he invented a decent refrigerator that operated on alcohol gas. He invented it after completing the Special Theory of Relativity. Albert invented it because he heard about a family who died because of Sulphur-emitting refrigerator.

Lieserl was Einstein’s daughter. No one know what had happened to her. She was born in 1902. There are assumptions that she died early because of some illness or he gave her for adoption. Lieserl was born before Einstein’s marriage.

Dr. Thomas Stoltz Harvey was the in charge who performed the autopsy of Einstein. But without the permission of Einstein’s son he stole his Einstein’s brain and sent it to different scientist across the world for research. He returned the brain in 1998.

Einstein refused getting Surgery

His doctor advised him to get surgery done but he refused it saying “It is tasteless to prolong life artificially”.
